2. Non-Refundable Charges: Deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, if a client does not show up for a scheduled service, no refund will be issued.
3. Partial Refunds: In cases where the service was not completed as agreed upon, a 30% refund of the total service cost will be granted.
4. Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within the specified time frame and provide all necessary information related to the service, including the reason for requesting a refund. Our team will evaluate the request and determine if it meets our refund policy criteria.
5. Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
